It's Launch Day! Help Protect Children—Join The Mission Today

Hello Reader,

Laura Lynn, again.

Today is the day.

Rescue The Children is officially live on Kickstarter.

I’m asking you to join The Mission that is much bigger than a book. This is a mission to help protect children, equip families, strengthen prevention efforts, and bring light into places where darkness has hidden for far too long.

I hope you will consider supporting and sharing my Rescue The Children Kickstarter campaign!

Highlights

My eyes were opened at a safe home in the Philippines to a growing problem of Online Sexual Exploitation of Children and Child Trafficking.

I saw children whose stories changed me forever. I saw pain no child should endure, but I also witnessed something powerful: rescue, restoration, and hope.

When I later returned to the United States, I learned something even more unsettling.

This isn't just happening overseas.

It is happening here too — in our communities, schools, neighborhoods, and homes.

As a school and sports photographer, I began seeing warning signs and hearing stories that made me realize this issue is closer than most people imagine.

Predators no longer need dark streets.

They reach children through:

• Gaming platforms
• Social media
• Messaging apps
• Private online conversations

Awareness alone is not enough.

Families need tools. Communities need education. Children need protection.

That is why I created Rescue The Children: How to End Online Sexual Exploitation and Child Trafficking.

Inside you will find:

  • Survivor Stories—revealing how exploitation begins and how restoration happens.
  • Expert Law Enforcement and Trauma Counselor Insight—real-world guidance from those working directly with victims and families.
  • Practical Protection Strategies—clear tools for parents, churches, and schools.
  • A Proven Framework—Recognize → Rescue → Restore → Respond
  • A path from awareness to action and long-term healing—not just awareness, but real solutions.
  • Safe Home Solutions—Practical lessons from those caring for rescued children and guiding them toward hope and restoration.

After years of research, interviews with survivors, insights from law enforcement, trauma counselors, and child advocates, my book, Rescue the Children, is ready for publication. But this message cannot reach the families who need it most without your support.

This project is dedicated to helping protect children from Online Sexual Exploitation of Children (O.S.E.C.) and trafficking by equipping parents, grandparents, educators, churches, and communities with practical tools and real solutions.

Funding this project is about far more than publishing a book.

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform that helps authors and creators bring important projects to life through the support of their community. One of the greatest benefits is its ability to reach far beyond my personal network through the power of crowdsourcing.

I would be grateful if you would support the project and share this newsletter or the link with others. When Kickstarter sees strong early support—especially within the first 24-48 hours—it is much more likely they will promote the project to a larger audience.

This is an opportunity to bring this message to people who may never otherwise hear it, and your support means more to me than you could ever know.

Your support will help:

• Professionally edit and design the book
• Print the first edition
• Create educational guides
• Produce video resources
• Put life-changing resources into the hands of families and communities

I have seen what happens when people step in.

Light breaks through darkness.

Today I’m asking:

Will you be that light?

Please join this mission by backing and sharing the Kickstarter today. Every pledge matters. Every share matters. Every voice matters.
